The decision in plain terms
Choose 3000 Series Airfryer 6.5 Qt if you want one undivided cooking basket. Choose 5000 Series Dual-Basket Airfryer with Steam if two baskets suit foods with separate settings.
The key tradeoff is shared cooking area versus separate zones. A total quart figure does not tell you which large items fit into each drawer. There is no hands-on performance winner or live-price winner in this comparison.

What could change your choice
Measure the food footprint you need, inspect the manual's clearance instructions and confirm exact-model accessories. Unknown dimensions and coating chemistry are not equivalent to zero or an adverse finding. Current price, stock and personal budget can reverse a specification-based preference.

NA330/00: model-specific notes and limitations
Philips’s US catalog confirms this exact model (not a refurbished R0 version), its quart-labelled capacity, a cooking window and RapidAir Plus. Refurbished R0 versions and the cosmetic NA331 variant are not listed as separate models. The full mode list and exact US electrical ratings have not yet been confirmed from the manual.
NA555/00: model-specific notes and limitations
Philips labels the total capacity 9.6 qt and the drawers 6.3 and 3.2 qt; those rounded drawer figures add up to 9.5, not 9.6, and we show the figures as published rather than reconcile them. A steam-clean function is documented for the large basket. US electrical ratings and dimensions have not been confirmed. The official US page links a North America NA55x guide that asks for 20 cm at the back, both sides and above (converted exactly in the specifications) and says not to use the appliance beneath cupboards; the guide names the NA55x series rather than the NA555/00 specifically.
