THE AIR-FRYER FIELD GUIDE

New air fryers and meaningful model changes

Dated manufacturer announcements, available-by evidence and exact US model differences, kept separate from first-sale claims.

What the dated sources actually establish

A new color, a current store listing and a new cooking design are different things. These notes separate dated manufacturer announcements and available-by observations from verified first US sale dates. Use them to understand the lineup, then check the exact variant’s profile and manual.

· Available by this date

CRISPi DualZone: two separate glass cooking spaces

SharkNinja’s dated announcement says CRISPi DualZone was already available online. It describes two independent four-quart glass zones, unlike the single-container CRISPi arrangement. July 16 is an available-by observation, not a verified first selling day for every color variant.

Compare each four-quart container with the food you want to cook. Eight quarts in total does not create one wide eight-quart surface. Check exact container, adapter and accessory compatibility before treating an earlier CRISPi component as interchangeable.

· Manufacturer introduction

COSORI Iconic: separate the introduction from the sale date

COSORI published its Iconic introduction on January 7, 2026. The manufacturer describes a 6.5-quart basket, a stainless exterior and ceramic-coated cooking components. The blog date establishes this introduction, not an exact first US order date; later launch wording still needs reconciliation.

Compare the exact controls and cooking components with TurboBlaze rather than assuming a later-looking design cooks better. Exterior stainless steel does not mean the food-contact basket is bare steel, and additional fan or app controls are not independent performance measurements.

· Earlier lineup context

CRISPi Pro: useful context for the current glass lineup

SharkNinja referred to CRISPi Pro as recently launched in October 2025. This is historical lineup context, outside the current six-month window. It should not become a new 2026 release merely because a color or listing was checked this year.

The current documented Pro record has six advertised quarts, while the original CRISPi profile has four. Compare the exact container system, controls and operating footprint. A higher capacity label alone does not verify compatibility with containers or accessories from another version.

Confirmed first-sale dates in the last six months

Method: first confirmed purchase availability in the US during the last six calendar months. Announcement, first-seen listing and specification-check dates are separate. Future, partial and unknown dates do not qualify.

No confirmed launch dates in this catalog yet.

We have documented 59 models, but the retrieved official sources do not establish first US purchase availability within the rolling window. We will not call current listings new releases based on our research date.

What to check when a model claims to be new

Find the exact model number and market. Look for a dated manufacturer launch statement specifying availability. A new color, retailer bundle or renamed regional model may not represent new cooking hardware. Compare documented capacity, basket layout and controls with the predecessor before treating it as an upgrade.
